I had great experience with Hudson Service Group for repairs to my hot water tank . I was booked for shortly after emergency call. Aaron was on time , kind and helpful with repairs and advice all were explained very well and cost effective !
The guys were on their scheduled time, performing the removal and replacement hot water system, extending the gas and coordinating with the electrician efficiently. They are very pleasant and extremely clean in their work. They addressed a pressure problem of mine without hesitation. Thank you. I highly recommend them for your next project.
Firstly, their staff have been excellent to work with. Ours has been a difficult job - replacing a very old, large boiler.There are two reasons for the lower rating.1/ During the bidding process they agreed to lower their price to be more competitive. They however did not disclose that the lower price was for a much smaller capacity boiler with a shorter warranty. I discovered that on my own. The discount was therefore waived. Other errors were made during the quoting process, so read details carefully.2/ After installing the new boiler, Travis did not fully test it to ensure its operation. The following day we discovered that it would not stay running for more than an hour. He also failed to ensure that all heating zones in the building were running. This resulted in numerous problems that took several weeks to resolve (although that was over Christmas time.)They did eventually rectify all of these issues and ensured that the system ran properly.On the final day, Travis was kind enough to stay and repair our second old boiler and water heater in the building, both of which had failed the previous day.Again, the staff have all been extremely good to work with.
Mitch and his apprentice were amazing! They were timely, polite, personable and knowledgeable. I was in a bit of a bind and they managed to fit me in the same day. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!
