Phil came to my house today to do the seasonal maintenance of our heating system. He was very respectful, asked me if we were having any issues and addressed my concerns with clear explainations. After he did his thing he showed me a few things that could have further maintenance or be replaced. The company has created some money-saving bundles for common maintenance needs that are also very helpful. He was not pushy about agreeing to those fixes immediately and was happy for me to discuss them with my husband before deciding. This was a great experience overall. I cannot say enough good things about the plumbers Valentino and Enrique, with Firstrate, that came to my house today! They were both very professional and kind. They were very knowledgeable and took care of my thermostat and a leak with ease.They really went above and beyond. I had a non-plumbing issue and asked if while under the house he could look to see if my shower was leaking, and Valentino took pics for me! Then my car alarm went off and Enrique checked to make sure there wasnt an intruder. I really appreciate having professional plumbers like them. Their excellent service and kindness was the best! I will definitely stay with Firstrate with them in my corner!
