Out of all the plumbers I called on a Sunday night for a plumbing emergency. Plumb Shield was the only company that answered. Terry and Damian came out, found the problem, and educated me. They were knowledgeable and affordable. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and refer them to my family, friends, and business clientele. Very impressed.
Terry and Nathan did an amazing job replacing my water heater, hooking up my dishwasher, and replacing the water valves for my washer! I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the details with me, double checked their work, and were overall amazing. Mike and terry were incredibly responsive, our water heater went out this morning and was replaced within three hours! Terry and Nathan quickly came out to replace a defective pressure reducing valve in my front yard. They also installed an expansion tank on my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use them again!
Rarely will unforseen plumbing issues be considered a pleasant experience. But on this occasion, it definitely was. Terry was very knowledgeable and patient while answering the host of questions we had for each new problem area that was discovered. He and Nathan both took the time to explain what was happening and showed their work throughout the entire process. Started with replacing a faulty water line and installing a new toilet. To identifying and fixing another major issues. Can't complain about cost with this type of quality. Will definitely be using again in the future.
