Sam came out today and did a system check! We have two AC’s and he checked them both inside and out!! He took pictures and showed me everything! He is such a great explainer!! I know so much more about my systems each time they come out!! Sam is very respectful, always wears his blue booties!! We had all of our ducts replaced and he even checked those to make sure the guys that installed them did it properly!! I will say this; getting the membership is the way to go with this company!!! It pays for itself! You get FREE service calls! That’s right, I paid nothing today!! And I have peace of mind about my AC units! There are things that need to be addressed. Sam emailed me a simple to read list; two separate pages-one for upstairs unit and one for downstairs….and we talked about priorities! No pressure at all! I just call when we are ready to do the work! Scheduling is easy! This company also specializes in plumbing so I have an appointment to have a tech come out to look at a leaky faucet. I won’t pay for the service call! If I need a part, then I buy the part! Easy peasy! This is how all companies should be! Join the family so you can get the royal treatment too! They know it gets pricey so they throw in a discount or two! Especially if you are a veteran or military! God Bless America and Willard!!!! ???? ??
Erik did a fantastic job wiring my new tankless hot water heater. He is highly knowledgeable and did a great job keeping me abreast of his progress throughout the installation. I felt the pricing offered a great value for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Erik and Willard Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical for any electrical needs!
I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and had never used this company before. I just needed my faucet installed and thought it would only be a few hundred dollars since I had already purchased it. The first young man came and showed me 3 prices. He suggested I send it back as I would get a better guarantee and service warranty if I purchased it through them. The cost was around $1300.00. I said I didn't want to do that and went with their cheapest which was $1100.00. The young man took everything out of the box and looked at the sink, then the new faucet. He informed me he would be back in the morning to install it after I paid half of it, as he needed a certain tool he didn't have with him.He left everything on my island, did not attempt to clean it up or put it somewhere that was out of the way.The next morning a different young man showed up to finish. He was surprised to see everything left out. He told me the first guy was having some personal family issues going on, so maybe that explained his behavior.Anyway, Robert was the nicest and most professional plumber I've ever had. He was efficient and very personable. My faucet is great..I still feel I was misled on the pricing but I also realize things have increased in cost the last couple of years. I took off a star because of that.
Nathan and Justin do great work! They were over at my house for three days repairing a leak in the yard. One day they worked till 10 at night. They also installed a water softening and filtration system in the garage. This system will protect from future damage to the pipes. Willard is a good company and I recommend you request Nathan and Justin for your project if possible.
I had scheduled a tuneup about three months ago whenever he came to do a tuneup. First thing he did was go up to where the attic was and Open up the AC unit and clean something and while I was not up there with him once he was done I noticed that he had poked holes in our air ducts, which I then taped up, and the reason why I know is because he took pictures of him poking holes to do a air pressure reading with a certain tool. I have looked up online that you are supposed to tape it up as a HVAC professional, but he did not do that from the way he was behaving. I felt like he wasn’t doing his job correctly and also I felt like he was sent to sabotage my AC unit. I have been having issues with my employers, and this is their way of getting back at me. This is not OK. I have not done anything wrong, where I deserve to be treated like this. And even if I did do something wrong I still shouldn’t be treated like this. this is extremely stupid and it creates an unnecessary conflict. Whenever I watch commercials whenever someone does a tuneup, they’re supposed to break down the AC Unit fan and clean it I didn’t see him do it looked like he was pretending to open up the bolts and he was just flushing it with some water which I could’ve done the same without it costing $49. Jumping forward after three months now my AC unit is leaking because he poked holes in the Air duct system, and also whatever he did whenever he opened up the unit in the attic. I managed to find some of the damages he caused to the air duct, and I had it taped, but there was one in a picture that I couldn’t find that I couldn’t tape up, which may have caused the problem. But it makes me question. Why would someone purposely damage my unit leave evidence by giving me pictures after the service is over as this is standard. I decided not to write a review earlier because I don’t like conflict I would rather have my peace, fix the problem the best I can and let it go. Now I have water damage because the AC unit that was overflowing with water and leaking through one of our lights up from the ceiling. We bought our house new so every appliance is new and it was working fine. The only reason we called for a tuneup is because I looked up online that you should get one every year, but we haven’t had one in the last 4 1/2 years that we’ve been living here so I finally decided to do one. Whenever I call a professional, I expect them to have no bias against me. As well as I expect my unit to work better not worse. Whenever you call over a professional you expect him to fix a problem, not to create a problem. This is extremely unacceptable and I labeled this sort of behavior as corporate terrorism. Because you are Acting in a sneaky and demented way imposing fear of financial damages and losses from this mishap that you created for me and my mom.
