Used Mr. Rooter this week to upgrade a water monitoring and emergency cutoff system as well as a lead content water check.Arthur came out on a very flexible schedule which worked well for me, with a 1hr call ahead to let me know he was on the way.Cost was reasonable and service was excellent, finished in less than 2hrs.Will continue to use them for future projects.
Ridiculously overpriced! Their charge to find a leak is about twice the cost of other plumbers. Then their solution for fixing the leak was also twice the amount charged by others. Instead of solving the problem, they wanted to replace an entire system unnecessarily. Shameful corporate greed!
WOW!! Where do i start? Mr.Rooter came thru in helping us with our Water Heater. Technician Arthur was AMAZING! In less than 18 hours are issue was resolved and Arthur was so professional in his work. Thank you so much for coming thru specially in these winter days when we need our warm/hot water. I phoned Mr Rooter with a plumbing issue and was lucky enough to have Richard (Ricky) Relf come to my home! He evaluated the situation & was extremely polite and knowledgeble diagnosing the problem. He and his apprentice, Marek, worked diligently through all the issues and did an amazing job from start to finish! Richard is a great asset to the team at Mr Rooter! I give him a five star rating and more if I could. I’m already passing his name out to neighborhood and friends and family and he will be the one I call if ever another issue! He is the best of the best, gives a very dignified presentation and is highy skilled leaving nothing to question.
