I was promised to call back from a plumber today about services that were on the bid that I accepted to be performed at my house that were not completed. I also believe I was charged for the services.No one has been in contact with me additionally, when the plumber came he left the lock box with the key to my home completely open for anyone to come up and take the key. So far, I am very displeased with my service and how I have been treated.Update: The owners of this business went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.
