Mike and his team are good honest people. We had an issue with our Tankless Water Heater. They came out multiple times to try fixes though they suggested from the statt it would likely need to be replaced. The fixes didnt work and they were kind enough to discount us back some of the service cost since we had them install the new unit. They were the perfect combination of well priced, highly responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend their service as its clear that they are committed to doing right by their clients!

I had a gas line connected and cooktop installed in my condo. While the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, the service was excellent and I decided that I wanted the reliability of a well known company whom I had worked with in the past. They arrived as expected and took care of the installation in a timely and professional manner. The fact that they were able to get to me on the same day of delivery of the cooktop, with less than 24hrs notice, was a big factor for paying a little more.
