Answered all of our questions and while going through the process of cleaning/servicing our tankless hot water heater, looked at a few other things and gave us estimates on some upgrades we were considering. Great Communication and friendly staff. Josh was very helpful and explained all of my options clearly for my water heater repair. My water heater was repaired same day even though he didn't have one of the parts on his truck. Another member of the staff drove the part to my house to give it to him so he was able to get the job done efficiently. Clearly they work as a good team, which makes everything smoother for the customer.
Josh and Nate came out today to help fix my leaking facet. After talking to them, I decided to also get a new water softener. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The had both the facet and water softener fixed and running in about 3 hours. I will definitely use them again.My dogs loved them both and keep asking for more pets from them.
Beacon delivered! They were able to send a plumber right away. I am sure all their plumbers are great but Ken was wonderful. He came and did a great job! He explained everything and we are happy with it all. He had to troubleshoot hard water damage and incorrect piping. Highly recommend!! New faucet, new shower faucet, new showerhead!
