Jim was great. He arrived early and was very professional and friendly. We are very much looking forward to having reliable hot water again. We have worked with Master Plumbing for a couple of years and through buying an older home, there have a few unexpected critical needs that they have helped with and this time was no different. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling that could not be traced and appeared to drip through recessed lighting only. Not only did they calmly assure us on the phone that someone would arrive soon, our plumbing technician Jim (Colburn) arrived within an hour, upbeat, positive and very focused on figuring out what the leak could be from. We were very impressed with how he treated it with care as if this was his own home and took it very seriously and efficient with great kindness. We just have to mention that Jim also took the time to explain what everything meant and helped us feel at ease that are home would be okay and not in any great danger or further damage while sharing knowledge with us about other potential issues in our home to prepare for the future. We had Anthony Vargas come to our house to empty our septic system. Could not have been happier with the service. Anthony was extremely professional and thorough, letting us know the condition of our system and providing advice on how to keep things in top shape going forward. My water heater was leaking and Jeff came right over. He explained the process clearly and reviewed the components needed to complete the job. The whole process was very efficient, and Jeff was easy to talk with throughout.
