Boston Budget Plumbing & Heating is phenomenal! We needed emergency boiler repairs to restore our heat. Our call to Boston Budget was answered promptly and they had.a technician at our door the first thing the next morning. The technician Huan is outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done, in terms we could understand, and had our heat back on within 2 hours. Amazing! Beware!!! I wish I had read all the one star reviews before calling this company. Overall horrible service and a complete rip off. They sent someone out right away which was the only positive thing that I can say. Upon arriving they immediately up charged the work by the thousands. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism the plumber showed. He tore ceilings and walls down and left more of a mess than necessary. He was there for not even an hour and charged me $1500 to replace one pipe with a cheap plastic tube. Will never use this company again. Beware!!!! They are a complete scam
Nick and Charlie were wonderful replacing our pump during a snow storm. They were communicative, transparent and experts at fixing our needs. They came quickly to diagnose our issue and were prompt the next morning with a new pump as a replacement. We are so thankful for their work and are looking forward to calling them in the future.
Ed and his apprentice arrived at my home ahead of schedule to fix a leak around my furnace. They investigated multiple possibilities and quickly identified the source and the path to repair. We installed a new heat pump for upstairs. Tom and Paulo Were excellent technicians. They communicated very well, the installation was beautiful. They even put the insulation on the pipe and new vent so that the noise will be minimized. The new system was very quiet. We also installed the new air purifier which circle is the air of our entire house. This is the best solution for our kids who have dust allergies. We are extremely happy with Boston budget plumbing!!!
