Diego and his team were phenomenal. I've recently moved to the area and found Leak Off Plumbing & Heating through an AI search for a snaking of a bathtub pipe last month. For that project Diego was communicative, and they came out quickly and resolved the issue on their first visit. Then last week I had another - and unrelated - plumbing issue in a different bathroom. Diego responded quickly and kindly squeezed me in the following day. He kept me updated on timing via text, and he and his team arrived on time and provided excellent service from start to end. This included a replacement toilet, which they went out and picked up. The price was reasonable and more than fair, and the finished work was excellent. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use Diego and his team again.

I highly recommend Leak Off Plumbing. After spending money on some not-so-quality tradesman to fix a leak in our basement, I was frantically searching for a professional to help and Leak Off was very helpful. Diego came out to give an estimate for free and was able to quickly identify the issue we were dealing with, a corroded pipe. He provided us with different options which worked with our budget: 1) replacing a section of the pipe with PVC or Copper 2) replacing the full length of our pipe with PVC or Copper. We chose to replace a section of the pipe, and they showed up in the morning around 8AM and were done early in the afternoon. We definitely will be repeat customers of Leak Off Plumbing
