It was easy to schedule my appointment (and reschedule when my availability changed) for a convenient day and time. The appointment reminders and call were helpful and respectful of my time. Lee was ready to go, asked good questions, and translated my descriptions into plumbing terms. He moved between the two projects easily and showed me the repairs when he was done. We’ve relied on Rick’s Plumbing for years. Jonathan recently fixed a leaking faucet, and we had him return to install a new toilet.
