BP Wastewater came out the next day to fix the toilet flushing issue. This is the only toilet in the housesi very important to have the fast service. Ryan was great and explained everything that was happening. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend them.

I called BP to have my grease trap serviced in my restaurant on a Thursday and Colby promptly showed up at 8am the following Monday to take care of it. He was friendly and professional and completed the service within 30 minutes. Colby explained the next steps of the process clearly and answered all my questions. Top notch service. Give Ben and his team a call. They’ll help you out I. A jiffy. Thanks BP!!!
$275/hr is a lot! But our water service was frozen and the City said they couldn't fix it, so with trepidation I agreed to pay this. They got right to work when they arrived. They were professional and focused on the job throughout. And, they got the pipes thawed! I would give 4.5 stars just because the price feels a little predatory, but given our experience with Colby and his crew, and the result, I'm rounding up. I hope I never have to call again, but I'll trust them to help if I do.One last note is that the truck came from a job in Charlotte, and I was braced for travel time to be added to the bill. But this was not the case. They only charged me for the time they were at our house working.Thank you.
When our main sewer line backed up, BP Wastewater came out the same day for a weekend emergency call. From the operator to the technician, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Ryan was thorough, thoughtful, and determined to fix the issue, clearly explaining potential risks along the way. Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon but I’d absolutely recommend BP Wastewater.
