I had a problem with a leaking toilet shutoff valve. From the customer service to the technician, they were very professional and transparent. Jeremy did a great job in fixing the problem, informed me exactly what the problem is and what is needed. There were no hidden costs, prices were reasonable, and they cleaned everything up after the service. I’d definitely go with Pristine Plumbing again!
I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing for pristine service all around! Over the weekend we had slow flushing/gurgling toilets which culminated in a small flood in the basement when doing laundry and showering eek! The plumber Daniel was very friendly, knowledgable, and fully explained what the situation was (tree roots in the old clay tiles of the main line) and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. He had to remove a toilet to snake the line and discovered some minor issues with said toilet, which he repaired as well. In addition he located the city water line cover (which was buried under 3 inches of dirt) and snaked it from that end to remove even more of the tree branches. After he was finished/reinstalled the toilet he left the bathroom in an immaculate condition. He was a pleasure to deal with and did an amazing job.

Throughout the process, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and maintained great communication. His quote was fair and he stuck to it with no surprises. Very professional, kind, and reliable — I wouldn’t hesitate to call him and his team again for future plumbing work.
Jeremy is attentive and polite. Water kept running after flushing the toilet. He looked at the issues & what he will work on. He let me know beforehand on the issues & services they can provide. He cleaned up after done replaced the flush valve. I am happy to call Pristine Plumbing & Drainage Ltd & will use them in the future??
