After a few years, the slow drip from our 40+ year old bathtub faucet turned into an almost steady stream over a very short period of time. I called Tiffin Plumbing, they had somebody available the next day, and a friendly Jeff showed up, today, and fixed the issue.Despite it seeming like a simple thing to replace, he asked me questions about the home's plumbing, told me why he was looking for the information, and was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, what could go wrong, what to expect, etc., before diving in.Jeff was also quite thorough in testing the fix and he made sure that all was good before leaving. Today was the third time I’ve used Tiffin Plumbing. I bought a house built in 1979 this past August and have experienced a few plumbing issues…enough said.
