We have been long time customers of Ace Plumbing. They have been a trusted team, very knowledgeable and take extra care during the install. We recently replaced our HVAC system with a heat pump and furnace unit combo and we had a great experience right from the start. Mark took the time to assess our needs, answered all our questions and provided us with a very detailed estimate. Brian and Andrii installed the system and made sure we were informed of the progress during the 2 day install and cleaned up after. Behind this team of installers is the admin, Beth. She communicated with us via phone or text to coordinate our appointments. Ace Plumbing has been our trusted plumbing and heating company for the past 10 years.
I recently contacted Ace Plumbing to complete a small non emergency job, they had a person available within the area and showed up in 15 minutes. The plumber was excellent and provided me two options. Given it is a rental property, I needed to get the job done but was absolutely shocked with the cost. Once he was finished, I priced out the parts at Home Depot which cost $27 and i was charged $1200+ for the repair that took one person 2 hours to complete. I completely feel ripped off which is unfortunate.
Brandon was very knowledgeable and able to explain all aspects that his work would entail. His arrival time was sent every day 30 minutes in advance. He took great pride in his workHis assistant was also polite and very professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to provide the company name or the service techs names to family and friends. In fact our neighbor contacted the team at our house while they were finishing up and was very impressed with the workmanship and is planning to have his house done in the fall. Job well done!
Jack and his team are amazing they built a whole hydronic baseboard heating system for my legal secondary suite i am building and installed a new combi Boiler, they also repiped the whole house to separate the suites water shut offs and also setting it up for a future water softner. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have been nothing but the best to work with and i am glad i chose them for the project
An absolutely exceptional customer experience!! We had an issue with a faucet that had been previously installed and ACE was quick to assist with no hesitation. We were really impressed! Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very efficient, topped with a great sense of humor that rounded out the experience. I would definitely recommend ACE Plumbing and Heating to anyone where excellent customer service is a top must on their list!
