Huge thanks to Joe at All Plumbing in Charleston! During a recent termite inspection, we were alerted to a leak in the hot water line under our kitchen sink. I immediately called All Plumbing and they had someone at our house in less than 24 hours.Joe quickly assessed the issue, clearly explained the problem, and provided a price before starting the repair. He fixed the leak in about an hour and a half and was incredibly professional and efficient.What I appreciated most was that he also pointed out that the subflooring had softened due to the leak. Catching that now will help us address another issue before it becomes a much bigger problem.The entire experience was fantastic—from my initial call with Staci in the office (who was so helpful when I emailed photos) to Joe’s expertise and friendly service.We are so grateful for the quick response and professionalism. Asked plumbers add approx 5 ft of metal pipe from existing plumbing that’s already in place for a propane tank to swimming pool heater run , estimate was over $2000. They also said they showed up, I was home didn’t see anybody, no doorbell or knock. Run as away as fast as you can.
Thomas and Sean did a great job replacing our toilet. They were friendly, communicative, timely, and professional. Booking was also very easy, and I really appreciated that the booking receptionist ensured we would be taken care of ASAP even though we live in a more rural/remote area that most contractors we called weren't willing to come out to. All around a great experience with no complaints at all. Thank you!
Zack did an outstanding job. He went out of his way to come to my home and make sure everything was checked thoroughly. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be just a faulty pressure gauge, but Zack was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and gave us complete peace of mind.Morgan was also amazing throughout the process of getting Zack scheduled and out to the house. She was very calm, sweet, and reassuring, which made the entire experience even better. I can’t recommend Zack, Morgan, and this company enough—if I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by Zack and Thomas on our plumbing issues. Thomas did a terrific job putting in a new water line and repairing a sump pump to solve our water line leak. Both Zack and Thomas were absolutely professional and also very friendly.
