I called Rooter-man this morning at 8:30 am to inspect a sewage smell. Nelson remembered me from service a few years ago, and sent Rob and Trey out within hours. When they got here they diagnosed problem within minutes and were gone. My experience with this team was very positive. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and fair.
