Absolutely knows everything about your plumbing needs. Lowes couldn't find the part we needed. Then said we needed a brand name. Took our broken piece to Greshams they had the piece and, it's fixed. Thankyou so much!!!
You know, I’m not the one to usually do any kind of review, but here it is. I was recommended these guys about a year ago for a sink faucet and had a great experience. Fast forward to today, my sink sprayer blew apart and I came in hoping to get help trying to put it back together. Maybe they was a clip I need to hold it together or something. The rudeness and condescending attitude I received was unreal. He should have just said, I don’t care, just leave because that was the attitude I received. I even showed him pictures of both ends and he says we’ve never sold anything like that. I then asked if he could look up what I bought while staring at a computer they use, and his response was we can’t do that and if he could it would take weeks.Folks, I’m in retail and trust me, if I had treated someone like that and it got back to my superiors, I’d have a lot to answer for. I wanted to support a small business and went way out of my way to do so, but actions like this is what’s driving people to the big box stores. If you want to stay in business in todays market, you need to change your way of helping customers, or you be facing what a lot of small businesses do, closure to the big box stores. In closing, I hope this issue gets addressed so going forward then next person gets treated with respect.
Prices seem totally fair and they had exactly what I was looking for.Update 2020 -- Made a trip especially for 1 14" threaded pipe, get handed a 16" pipe at a price double that of Lowe's, put it in to discover it is wrong length, then am told I can't return it if it's all "wrenched up". Done trying to "shop small" with this bunch.
The guys there are always a great help. They know the trade very well and if you have a question about a project you're working on they usually have an answer. They are very well stocked and have parts that other store usually don't have. Always cool and fun to talk with.
The staff is friendly and great at answering questions about plumbing problems you may be trying to correct. Their on hand material stock is very good as well.If you take some.photos of the parts you need with you they will look over the photos and tell you your repair/replacement options.Better parts selection, competitive pricing, fast service and a knowledgeable experienced staff why go anywhere else!
