This was my 1st experience dealing with a sewer leak under my house. In a rush I was unable to ask around or look up for myself plumbers to help repair, so I ended up just calling down a list. A few places didn't take my issue serious and one company hung up on me. I called Mr Rooter and it rang busy. They immediately returned my call though and came by in hours to address the issue. After scheduling the full repair and explaining the process to me, I was imminencely impressed. The tech manager (Mike Ivy) that took on my mess was super polite and thorough with his explanations and breakdowns of the situation. He was able to get everything repaired and mess cleaned up like the leak never happened. I highly recommend both the company Mr Rooter and Mike Ivy if you have any need for a plumber.

Mike Ivy was the best! The female who took my call was friendly and caring. She understood my situation and wasted no time in arranging for Mike to come to my home! Their competition ( Roto Cooter) was incompetent and left me without water for 3 days! Only regret I have is not calling Mr. Rotor first!

Called Mr Rooters for a clogged toilet in my kids bathroom that wouldn’t plunge at 12:30 and they were able to show up and fix it within an hour.I’ve also used this business in the past year to disassemble an old water purification system under my kitchen sink and had great service.Highly recommended, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable.
