I've edited my review and upgraded it to a 4 star because someone from the company (Joe from Dispatch) reached out to me (which I sincerely appreciate) Some genuine concerns remain though. The AI system for text messaging is HORRIBLE. I received a text stating that "due to the high volume of emergency service requests today, we will be unable to make your appointment". This was VERY discouraging as I specifically asked if my appointment would be for today. (03.03.26) I was told it was. I changed my schedule because of that assurance. Imagine my surprise when an hour and eight minutes later I received another message, this time a "confirmation" message stating my appointment was next in line. This was confusing. I called the company and spoke to Joe who said he attempted to call me. I checked my phone log and there was no record of receiving a call from WyattWorks Plumbing. Joe told me that it uses an automated service that is sometimes classified as spam. I understand the desire to maximize efficiency and productivity which technology can provide but you have a service business built on relationships and trust. Errors like those I cited erode that trust and shatter confidence.
I have been a long time Wyatt Pluming customer. I've always been extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. I received a text about their new electrical service. I had just had a light fixture go out. I called and was quickly scheduled with a technician. I needed to step out and asked to be schedule while I was still home. I was scheduled to accommodate my needs. Joe Wyatt called to confirm the arrival of the electrician. Upon arrival, we discussed what I needed. An offer to do a safety check on other electrical items was offered. I accepted. D details list was provided along with an estimate. Fortunately, no serious issues were found. The electrician then repaired the electrical issue going above and beyond my expectations. Wyatt's electrician was knowledgeable, professional and superb. I am glad that I contact Wyatt for this new service.
I had a burst pipe in my laundry room due to a snowstorm followed by extremely low temperatures. Ben and Seth were at the house, amazingly, within a few hours even with the extra high volume due to the storm and cold. Super friendly guys. They explained everything they were going to do and were able to finish quickly. I had never used these guys before, they were recommended by someone in my son's mom's book club group (a powerful force, iykyk). Super impressed, they were extremely friendly got everything fixed and wrapped up pretty quickly, and at a very respectable price. And to boot they left my laundry room cleaner than it's look in a long time. WyattWorks has gained themselves a repeat customer, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you gentlemen!
