From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.)We did need a follow up visit, and I'm happy to say that it was taken care of efficiently and professionally, just as the first was. Just before Christmas my basement floor drain kept backing up all over. I called Drain Master’s the day after Christmas as they had good reviews and were local family owned. John and Dillon came out in about 4 hours to investigate. They were very knowledgeable, professional and nice guys all around. Thankfully I had an outside drain clean out and chose to hydrojet and camera my main line. They were here about 2 hours scoping and jetting my line as it was tree roots causing the problem. My house is 93 years old and it was great to watch their camera scoping to see that my overall drain was still in quite good condition! They let me hangout with them the whole time and learned they also do many other drain, plumbing and HVAC work as well. Will definitely use again for any future issues!
Great customer service. John was very knowledgeable at what he does. I was so glad to have found Drain Masters. They were able to schedule me in quickly ( next day) compared to the other company (a 24 hr emergency service plumbing company ) which was scheduled a week out. ??
Phone call was answered immediately, Charity was super helpful in getting a same-day hydrojet appointment set up for my blocked sewer drain. Prices were clear and quoted up front - $950 for hydrojet and camera with a 1-year warranty, plus a $150 fee for coming out after 5pm, and that was still half of what I was quoted by Eco Plumbers. The techs arrived a little earlier than our appointment window, first time that's ever happened to me before! They called to say they were on their way and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me at all. All the good reviews are true and I will be using DrainMaster for all of my future plumbing needs!
