Zack was very professional and personal. He discovered the cause of a water leak and gave us our options to repair the leak. We selected one of the options and he got the parts and efficiently replaced our kitchen sink faucet. We are very satisfied.

Carl was extremely friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why and the cost. I would recommend using Plumbing and Drains to anybody. I will use them again. I called yesterday around 4 pm and they arrived around 9-9:30 am this morning. My drain is running clear because Carl made sure it was.

Arrived same day and fixed a clog and replaced the incorrect plumbing left by the previous owners. Gave tips for preventing a problem in the future. Rodney was very knowledgeable. Very happy with service! Will use again (but hopefully I won't need to!)

Tony was great. He was friendly and easy to talk to.

He explained the malfunctioning expansion tank causing the water leakage. Decided to go with a totally new water heater replacement since my unit was quite old. The new installation required some piping rework which was easily handled. Would definitely recommend Tony and team.
