Finding good plumbing service hasn’t been easy. A lot of companies will charge an arm & a leg just to come out & inspect, or they’ll simply demand more from you than you’re looking to have worked on. That was all I kept running into when we bought a house in Dallas county until we finally found Berkey’s. No inspection fee as every technician they send out is a licensed professional who genuinely wants to help you & your home instead of make a quick buck. Since summer 2025 we’ve had several amazing techs come through (shout out to Gustavo in particular!) & have had 2 major projects worked on: a water leak under the house fixed & a new water heater installation. Berkey’s even provides deals & financing options which have honestly saved our ass. My husband & I are satisfied Berkey’s customers & will gladly continue to support their business the next time something pops up—which thanks to them doesn’t look like will be happening that quickly. The staff was very kind in getting me set up for an appt. And the guy they sent was nicely dressed and was very knowledgeable of what he needed to do and didn’t push to get anything else done. He asked which I was very appreciative for that. I will continue to use Berkeys for all my needs in plumbing, electrical ,AC. I recommend them.
I can’t really give a good review on this company. I have a VIP account and had an appt for 8-10am. We were the first appt of the day. Called the scheduler to ask where our tech was. It was 9:30 and still hadn’t been dispatched. Called again at 10:16 and he had still not been dispatched. He arrive at 11:10. Doesn’t seem worth it to sign up for their VIP service and pay for it and this is what you get
What a great job he showed me pictures of all Of my HVAC. He’s a veteran and thank him for His service and I’m a veteran we hit it off really great each step. He showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it and it made me think that he was doing this like he does every stop. He took care of the system just like he would take care of his own system. I want you to really pat him on the back for doing a great job. I know you can’t always promise him to service my unit, but I’d sure like it to happen. The service I received shows that he cares about his job his customers in the unit he’s servicing. Thanks for your product and your service. I've just had the pleasure of working with Randy and could not recommend him more highly. He repaired my Japanese toilet & serviced and cleaned my tankless water heater, as well as took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, as well as make friendly conversation.He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and extremely courteous.
