Had a main drain backup on a holiday weekend Sunday. I called three places before talking with Time and they were great. Able to come out within hours on Sunday, reasonable price, and excellent service from Greg. He was clear about what was going on, friendly, and did a really clean job snaking our two clean outs to finally get the drain flowing.
Hey! I just had the best experience with Anthony from Time. Called on a Saturday and he was here in just 30 minutes. Had the problem solved in under 15. Plus he's a great guy. This was for a drain cleaning and Time's price was great. I highly recommend you call them for your situation.
Thank you Time!!Our water went out on Thanksgiving day.Called Time plumbing and heating the next day. Our basement had a black water sewage flood but they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly, and with high quality.I cannot say enough good things about Time Plumbing. They worked with us to get a $14000 plumbing repair almost entirely covered by insurance. (Something we were told would be out of pocket by our adjuster!). They got the entire job done in a day and came back for free to repair a small leak not initially in the section they worked on. We worked directly with Anthony and he was nothing but professional and kind.Overall what could have been a very stressful very expensive situation was handled with the utmost professionalism with clear prioritization of the homeowner.
I had the absolute BEST experience with Nathan Fisher. He came to my house quickly and on time to fix a pipe that was actively leaking into my kitchen. He was genuine, kind, efficient, and walked me through what he was doing so that I was aware. He showed compassion and was ethical in every way. He did an excellent job and I feel confident that the work he did was thorough and precise. I will absolutely be hiring Nathan for all of my plumbing needs in the future and am so grateful that he fixed our leak quickly and kindly! He was also the sweetest with our brand new puppy, which I think speaks volumes to his character!
