Jacob and Chason are great! They were courteous and efficient. Jacob explained the problem then quickly repaired and adjusted the plumbing. We needed the shut off valve replaced as well. We had another unusual issue but Todd had the solution! They are very experienced. I highly recommend H and H Plumbing!
H&H Plumbing replaced the toilets in my house. They were reasonably priced and the plumber completed the installations in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. I have had not so great experiences with other plumbers and would recommend H&H for any plumbing jobs you may have.
Our hot water heater stopped working. We set an appointment with H&H Plumbing. They never established a minimum time for billing. Their worker was nice and fast, only 30-minutes. The billed me for a full hour! $192.60!! Ridiculous! I would have fixed it myself but almost died in surgery and had a fresh incision from the center of my chest to the bottom of my right ribcage. No empathy and no explanation of a 1-hour minimum. They need to communicate terms better.
