The plumbers Vern and Vern (father and son) were to my house and right off the bat they told me the cost so there was nothing hidden from me, and they found the problem I was having. They were very thorough with their explanation and showed me using their snake camera what the issue is. Unfortunately I have to have pipe replaced because the cast iron pipe corroded. My home is 66 years old. They told me what the price would be to replace it but they also gave me other options that would only be temporary. They were very polite and answered all questions that I had. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I also have used them in the past and have nothing but good experience with them. Wearing shoe covers what's a big plus for me.So after the above I decided to have the pipes hydrojetted by Rick and Mason from Bison. It should last a while now. They did a great job. Showed me video of the pipes after cleaning and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with Bison plumbing.

I had an excellent experience with Bison Plumbing. Tyler and Nate were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. They were very professional from start to finish, and I really appreciated the text notifications letting me know when they were on their way. They even sent photos of the technicians ahead of time, which was a great touch and made me feel comfortable knowing exactly who was arriving. On top of that, the pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Bison Plumbing and would definitely use them again.
The Bison team did a great job removing the bad section of drain, replacing with pvc, and back filling the hole. Density testing was performed for each foot of sand they placed in the hole.Provided temporary patch for the side walk. Great job guys!
