Easy to get ahold of and the plumber, Mac, came out and replaced the flush valve in our toilet tank. I knew when he was coming, was pleasant, and definitely knew what he was doing. Very fast service! Love that once you book the day of your appointment you get a text and you get to see their location. The time slots are better and leaner than most. Some give you a crazy time frame this was 1-2 hours.Assessed the issue fast and fixed. Explained the issue so that we wouldn’t encounter it again or what to do if we did see this issue again. Would definitely hire again. Pricing is reasonable $50 feet for coming out… if you take the service it’s just the fee to fix the issue. If you don’t take the service it’s a fee of $50. Very reasonable!
