I am beyond impressed with my service from Always Heating and Plumbing. From my first interaction with Craig V who did my estimate, was so knowledgable, courteous and friendly and held my estimate for 2 months. Once I was able to go ahead with the job he booked my appointment 2 days out!! To Jeremy and his helper Daniel who did an incredible job of my install, cleaned everything up when they were finished, showed me how everything worked and went beyond what I expected. They were so professional, polite and were a pleasure to have in my home.
I did my due diligence in getting estimates from numerous companies and not only did Always come in as one of the more affordable they also did extra work to make everything exceed code.
Thanks to everyone involved including the very friendly Julia who called to set up my appointment , provided me with my permits and also to tell me the guys were on their way. Appreciate you all

After a couple of failed attempts by a technician from Weiss-Johnson to repair error code 438-01 on my Navien tankless water heater, the unit failed again within 24 hours of being reset. With temperatures at an extreme -30°C and my furnace blowing cold air, I was desperately searching for an urgent solution.

I called several companies but was unable to find anyone available for after-hours service. Always Plumbing & Heating was the only company that could arrange an after-hours technician for me.

If I remember correctly, Wendy answered my call and was incredibly helpful. She scheduled a technician for around 9 PM,

Hasan arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided a quote immediately. The next morning, I confirmed the quote with the call center, and by that same evening, another technician, Prince, was at my home replacing the necessary parts. My Navien unit was up and running again.

The entire process was smooth and professional, with clear communication, confirmation emails, and timely updates about technician arrival. I truly appreciate the prompt and efficient service, especially during such extreme weather conditions. Highly recommended!

We wished to upgrade to a new kitchen sink. After contacting a few companies for assistance on measurement and quotes, we selected Always Plumbing and Heating. They were not the cheapest but seemed to provide the best upfront information. We purchased our new sink and faucet thinking the install would go smoothly. Cleve arrived within the allotted timeframe and set to work. The removal of the old sink (over 40 yrs in place) went quickly. It wasn't until the new sink was tested to see if it fit the hole that we discovered that there were protrusions under the lip of the sink that caused a great deal of finesse enlarging the hole to allow it to fit. Hence I strongly recommend checking the mounting and under the lip prior to purchasing a sink, ours was a Blanco Vision 210. Nonetheless Cleve tackled the challenge. It took a fair bit longer than he had anticipated but he didn't give up. Once the sink was finally set in place into the counter the under plumbing took very little time. We now have a new sink and faucet and are extremely pleased with the service.

Cleve Hypolite was the technician who fixed my main drainage, and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained all my options before starting the work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The repair was done efficiently, my sink,toilet bowl and washer is draining perfectly now. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend!

We recently had to replace our aging Poly-B. I got a few quotes from several companies. Everyone was fairly close. But we decided ti go with Always as they are a long-standing name here in Edmonton, so I have much more confidence that if there were any issues down the road they still would be in Buisness to deal with them.

The quoting process was easy and straightforward. Brendan came and looked over our job. At this time I mentioned we would be performing a en-suite renovation at the same time so I would have the en-suite gutted to the studs for them. Basement was drop tile so that made the rest a rather simple install.

The day before our scheduled 3 day install we got a call from the office stating that the techs were a bit behind as the current job they were on ran long. I very much appreciated this approach. I understand things can change and this was very professional.

Tech showed up mid afternoon on day one, planned their job out, offloaded materials, and prepared for the next day.

Day two was the hardest. They arrived right at 8. They tackled the second floor right off the bat. Knowing they were already behind the worked relentlessly! Keith’s do his apprentice Jackson were machines! They did their best to limit the amount of access holes they had to cut. They worked with me to install line in the new locations in my en-suite. Connected my new shower valve, and even gave me some advice on how to hook up my new devices in my Reno. They worked a bit extra that day to ensure they were setup nicely for the next day.

Day 3. Arrive right on time at 8. They got straight to it and finished a couple small items upstairs. Then moved onto the main floor and outside taps. They completed the rest of the pulls and built a new manifold system. Worked super hard again that day, and by mid afternoon we’re testing the system. They did a good job of cleaning up and finished their service reports and were gone before 5.

Very happy with the service and the friendly positive attitude of Keith and Jackson. A quick call to the office Monday morning got my my report to submit to insurance, and now I have peace of mind on not having Poly-B
