Unfortunately I had a flood caused by my steam generator. It was an insurance claim. Apollo Plumbing came to recuse. They terminated the supply lines and removed the steam generator. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. The total cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate calling Apollo Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We had heard from friends that they were the best so we called! Alexis was just about the sweetest thing on the phone when we were booking and then Connor showed up. He diagnosed the issue, found the part and was back - fixed up within hours and with the proof of fix off to the buyers, we had conditions removed that night. Without them, we still would have been in limbo. This type of service is stellar and we cannot thank them enough!! They have a lifetime customer in us!
For a 40 minute job, a sump pump replacement, we paid nearly $800. This could be accurate but we really have no idea as the estimate and receipt did not outline the breakdown of the costs. They did provide prompt service and our tech did an excellent job explaining the issue and resolving it. We were in a tough spot and needed to have the issue resolved asap so we felt we didn’t have an option but to get the work done. Greater transparency and a breakdown of pricing would have been appreciated.
I had an excellent experience with Apollo Plumbing. Landon was incredibly efficient and professional by replacing my toilet bowl, shower head and my kitchen sink. I was extremely impressed with the technician named Anthony, who came to my home to install the new dishwasher we bought. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Anthony was courteous and had a kind demeanour, which made the whole experience pleasant.He noticed the cracks in the pipes under the sink. Anthony replaced them with new pipes and explained the process he followed for the replacement. Throughout the job, he worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was done correctly and to a high standard. He also took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated.The quality of his work was exceptional. Anthony made sure to clean up the area before leaving. I was thoroughly satisfied with his work ethic and the promptness of his service.
