I called John on Monday afternoon (left a message) when we realized our water heater wasn't working. He called me right back and was able to come over Tuesday morning to assess the issue (old tank ready to be replaced). He was able to acquire and install a new tank that day! And he was also willing to install two new exterior faucets while he was here.
