Chris was great - great with checking things, his communication, and doing what he said he would do. Andrew did the work for us and did it right. If you have a plumbing issue, this should be your go-to. This company is the bomb!!!This was my first time having a plumbing issue that required a professional. I was a bit apprehensive at first but they were kind, professional and went above and beyond.I was scheduled for an appointment that was between 3-5pm but they were there 10 minutes before 3pm, which was great since I had another appointment at 6pm.They repaired the dry-wall of the closet where they had to cut the hole for the pipe repair. On top of that, they re-sealed the shelf that was above where the hole was cut. They not only fixed the issue, but they finished earlier than expected and I was able to get to my 6pm appointment on time.I had the pleasure of having Victor and Andrew give us service and the price was very reasonable. Thank God for companies like this that do great work and don't take advantage of the people that need their help and expertise. I'll definitely be returning here for any related issues I have in the future.
Super kind and quick! I think in total from the time they got here to being done it only took them 20 minutes. We had a small drip leak and needed the water hose connecting the wall to the toilet changed out. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the increase of price from the estimate I was given over the phone… the estimate was $175 and it turned out to be $275. But other than that I would use them again! Andrew and Victor are excellent at their job!
Amazing experience, extremely knowledgeable technicians. Victor and Andrew showed up and after I explained what was going on with my electrical issue they assessed my panel and ran out for a part and had the issue fixed within minutes. The techs explained to me what the issue was and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!
