I cannot thank Frankie enough for everything he and Sun City Plumbers did for me while I was trying to find a house. They did a plumbing inspection for me on short notice because of the option period expiring and gave me a fantastic report. The seller’s disclosures I got said nothing was wrong with the house but Frankie did such a great job with his report and his photos, he help me obtained a seller credit that would have covered all the plumbing repairs needed. Frankie did an amazing job, he checked the sewer scope, the plumbing in the house, took photos of everything, and labeling what was an immediate emergency and gave fair and reasonable estimates for the task. Frankie’s communication with me was wonderful throughout everything! I am so thankful that ChatGPT recommended Sun City Plumbers to me and Frankie answered the phone. People told me I was doing too much with all my house inspections, but Frankie’s findings gave me piece of mind of what kind of investment I was making and I got credit for all thr repairs that needed to be done. If anyone tells me they are thinking of buying a house, I’m gonna tell them to give Frankie a call. Don’t ever let anyone discourage you from doing a plumbing inspection.
