The last two times we have needed a plumber, the experiences have been very pleasant all because of Santino. He is professional to the core and wonderfully personable. From now on, when we need a plumber, we will call Precision and ask that Santino be the one to come to our house. Thank you Precision.
Best HVAC company in Fargo area for sure. Furnace went out during a blizzard for floor where our two young kiddos sleep. Kyle was great and was able to get here early in AM and I was able to actually get a real person when I called in. He was able to fix our HVAC system and explained everything well. Highly recommend!
Technician replaced the heater quickly which was appreciated. However, the customer service with those taking the service calls leave a lot to be desired! I had re-scheduled the previous appointment for 1pm and said I would be home all day. At 1:30 we called and the company who stated that they had the appointment set up for 3pm, which was the original appointment. At 3:30 still no show, called the company again. They stated they had an emergency at an apartment building and our technician had gone there instead. Common business courtesy would be for the company to call. The tech arrived around 4pm. (Proof of appointment attached). They also did not mention the 3%+ service charge for using a card - no cash allowed. The unprofessionalism of the office taking the service calls has cost them my future business (of which we have a lot planned for renovations). Which is unfortunate because the technicians were great.
Our water heater burst the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Precision did take calls on the Friday after even though they couldn’t get out to replace until after the weekend. They got us on the schedule for Tuesday and did a great job understanding we went nearly a week without a water heater. And the first new water heater had a leak as well so they had to replace that right away as well. Great work Ethan, Colin, Jake and Keith.
Our water heater caught on fire the night before. I knew my neighbor worked for them so I asked him what the general turnaround was to get a new one installed and he said he’d make a call. Keith, the plumbing dude, called me the next morning at 730am to let me know he could have a guy out in Kindred by 9am. Ethan pulled into my driveway at 845. The swap out was so fast, less than an hour, and the workmanship is top notch. I’m very thankful for the super fast turnaround and how conscious they were of my time. The price was great in comparison as well. Do yourself a favor and just call the pros at Precision.
