Spoke with another company who wanted to discuss the price more than the problem!We then found Lalonde and they sent Tony. Wow! He was as perplexed as we were, as to what was causing the problem. But didn't give up??He was polite, very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and explained to my husband (Mr. Fixit) what he was doing. What one expects from a service company.. they deliver! Mathieu and Zach were very efficient at fixing our plumbing issues today! We had 1 sink drainage issue, dishwasher, two toilets shimmed, and bathtub that needed resealing and piece replaced for a leak in the basement.I called Lalonde Plumbing at 11am, they were here by 1:30pm! Talk about fast delivery, professionalism and amazing service. The boys did a great job, I highly recommend this company!! They also didn't seem to mind the company of our tortoise in the bathroom lol.We will be using this plumbing service again, it was a great price for the work that was completed.
