Excellent friendly professional service. The office manager is very friendly and efficient, and promptly provided an attractive competitive quotation, and scheduled the hot water tank installation in a timely manner. The plumber was very capable and experienced, and quickly completed a perfect installation and kindly took away the old tank and all the installation debris that was created. I am impressed and grateful.
I had an emergency situation where there was a waterfalls coming out of Of an apartment building that I own and Rooter responded ASAP ,did a fine job and looked after all of the plumbing that was needed. I called in the morning and was put on a list and then received a call later in the evening that they could come see me without an after hours fee. A section of my pipe froze and they were able to have my water up and running in no time at all. They provided some sound advice. I would definitely call upon them again in the future when needed!
Excellent prompt service... My brother had return home from an organ transplant , only for us to wake the next day with no water, total frozen...
