I had a serious plumbing problem at one of my retail properties. John the plumber responded immediately & understood the urgency of fixing the problem quickly and without interrupting daily business. Staff were professional and got the job done. I was able to easily book online at a time convenient to me. However, $900 for a simple drain cleaning/snake job which took less than 30 minutes from start to finish during normal business hours on a weekday is excessive in my opinion. This was with a 10 percent discount. I likely won't be using their services again due to their prices.
The switchboard was responsive and helpful in setting up an appointment. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment to resolve a frozen copper pipe. The technician was efficient and resolved the issue on site. With all that said I felt like their pricing was predatory at $1100 for a 20min job (because they have the equipment and it was after a snow storm). Which is probably why they were more than happy to accommodate the same day service - easy $$$. I should have asked the rate when booking the appointment rather than at the point of diagnoses - that’s on me I guess
