I knew I needed to replace the water heater after it had been leaking and the hot water ran out. I went online Sunday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday afternoon.Mark was the first to come out and look at my old unit. Hey did a thorough assessment and gave me options. I had a 13 gallon tank, but 14 gallon tanks are cheaper so Mark made sure the measurements would work. Mark walked me through all of my options and was able to get a technician out the same day.My technician was John P. John called when he was 30 min from my home making sure I was still available. John was nice and explained what he was going to do and the best options for moving tanks in and out of the house. A few hours later, the new water heater was in! John ran through what he did, showing me pictures and explaining where things were. John then answered my questions and took payment before leaving.Had a great experience with Crater’s My Plumber and I’m grateful that over the next years they will be serving my water heater!
I needed a new toilet because subfloor had ruined flange. John did an amazing job and even hooked up my new vanity. Old houses are a challenge but he got it done, super great guy!
I have to take this minute to tell you my experience with these two gentlemen and Carter's Plumbing. John and Carter installed my new water heater today. These two guys that showed up I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more perfect than what they did, how they performed and the highest level of excellence and kindness given from both of them. Absolutely the best and I couldn't have gotten any better anywhere else. Carter's Plumbing is beyond the most top notch family business I believe I've ever came across in my time and I worked personally for a few family owned businesses when I was young . I am not a rich person and needed help and Carter's Plumbing, Danny, John and Carter treated me more humble and kind than I ever could have imagined. Trust me when I say this amazing work that got done today thanks to John and Carter I will be taking care of my mom with hot water again. From my family to John and and of Carter's Plumbing we so humbly thank all of you for your kindness and hard work you did for my family.
Water stopped working at 10 PM last night and Carters Plumbing was able to send John out to our house the next day to fix it! Our pipes had frozen due to the cold temps. Lucky for us, John was able to troubleshoot the situation, use a heat gun on our pipes, and get our water up and running all in 30 minutes! Super kind and thoughtful technician, also gave us tips on how to prevent them from freezing again. Thank you so much John!
I had a problem with very low water pressure in my shower. I swapped out the shower head and another company replaced the cartridge in the shower valve, both to no avail. The other company advised that my entire shower valve needed to be replaced, a very expensive repair......not to mention the cost of damage done to wall and tile in the process. Before committing to that, I called Carter's My Plumber to get a 2nd opinion. They promptly dispatched John and his apprentice Carter to my house. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as they meticulously examined and analyzed the situation and patiently explained what they found and answered all of my questions. Bottom line: they had to make adjustments to my new valve cartridge that the other company had installed and that fixed the problem with my shower......at less than 1/10th of the cost of replacing the valve. Wow! Thank you very much, Carter's My Plumber, and specifically your employees, John and Carter! I'm so glad I chose you guys!
