Trevon did a great job. He explained the problem, what needed to be done, and got the job done. I will be calling Ciriello if I need plumbing work again.
I have a small hair studio and my water pressure was very poor. My technician was able to find and fix the issue so quickly! The price was reasonable and my wash sink has amazing pressure now.
On the coldest day of 2026 we discovered we had a gas leak. Citizens Energy tagged us and we wouldn’t have any heat or hot water until it was all fixed. Ciriello was the third plumbers we called and they said they could come right out! No one else seems to sense the emergency of no heat at 0*. Zach was here within a half hour and had everything fixed in about hour. We SO appreciate the immediate service and Zach’ professionalism. We will definitely be using Ciriello from now on.
Hello, I wanted to share our experience with Ciriello, over the last year or so.We hired Ciriello to re-pipe our entire crawl and re-set one of our toilets. The re-pipe took all day and once finished they informed us they removed our main water shutoff and could not get the press fittings to stay on the new main shutoff so they would be leaving us without one. This didn't sit well with us, and even the manager admitted he didn't like that fact, but nothing was done to rectify the issue and this is also against code.First issue arose immediately, water hose was hooked up to hot water, they came out and fixed it, next day. Then shortly after, we noticed the dishwasher was not hooked up to hot water. They came back and corrected that as well. The refrigerator fitting that was used to connect the fridge waterline blew in the middle of the night and without a water shut off inside we had to turn the water off at the outside meter. In the morning, we called and it was very difficult to reach someone, as it was a holiday weekend and no one was answering the "24hr" line. My husband luckily had one of the previous plumbers numbers and was able to reach someone through that contact. Eventually, they came out and capped the fridge waterline so we could turn the water on. We ended up hiring someone else to install a proper box for the fridge waterline so we could use our fridge water once again. We also paid someone else to place a water shut of inside our home.Shortly after my husband noticed leaks in the crawl and one of the lines to assist with the furnace condensate drain was not lined up with the drain line and the furnace was draining into the crawlspace, directly. They came out and corrected this, as usual.Right before this repipe we had a small house fire and had recently moved back into our home. This was at the beginning of summer, so this may be why we didn't notice our hot water heater under preforming until winter. We did take into account our hot water heater was 10 years old and most likely needed replace. We hired someone to install a new hot water heater only to learn it was hooked up backwards and cold water was filling from the top instead of the bottom and we bought a new hot water heater prematurely. Not to mention the increased cost to our gas bill.At this point a manager was involved, which he did agree to reimburse us for the water heater, and the manager himself came out and only fixed the issue at the water heater and not in the crawl. We insisted someone else come take a look and inspect the pipes at this point, they came out when we were not at home said everything looked fine but someone would need to be home to run water to confirm.I shortly noticed my fridge water was hooked up to hot water and the fridge had been cooling it. I only noticed because the washer was running and I had filled up 2 large tumblers, so it used enough water to finally notice the fridge was hooked to hot water. After talking with the supervisor again, they were going to check the lines and looks for leaks, as we noticed wet spots in the crawl. They came out, again, corrected the fridge line and tried to leave, I mentioned they were also there to test the waterlines and fix a leak, the guy acted like he didn't know this information and tried to say it wasn't their work. I told him to talk with his "supervisor" and find out why he was here, He just fixed what he thought was leaking, a toilet, apologized and left. Did not run any water or flush any toilets to check for leaks or confirm everything was on the correct waterline. In the following days, we could still hear something dripping, and there was a wet spot in the crawlspace. So they came out again, said the leak is from a pipe inside the wall, and there will most likely be a charge, but weren't sure. We ended up hiring someone else to do the work, instead. Had they tested everything as we requested multiple times previously, this could have been remedied much sooner, reducing the damaged the leak had on our dry wall and floor.Alycia and Alex Morgan
Once again Ciriello came to my rescue! Water heater decided to die, but they came out the same day and replaced it. Super friendly and professional guys did a clean and efficient job, and it even cost less than I expected. Thanks so much for saving the day!
