If I could give negative stars I would….I called for water coming out of the shower drain and the “plumber” came out and took hair out of the drain said that was the issue. Two weeks later my house is still clogged and they say they are not responsable for the clog which was the original complaint. Paid $300 for this garbage! Will never use this company again. And I hope that people pay attention because these companies are out here extorting people out of money.Btw no worries I unclogged it myself! If water is coming out of the drain instead of pooling then yes the tub is clogged but water coming up to the shower then there is a clog and I don’t need to be a plumber to tell you that.Fortunately, this is the last money you will ever see from me…..
From the first phone call with the service manager and his office staff to the wonderful service Cooper provided we could not be more pleased. They are professional and our tech (Cooper)? kept us updated so we knew just when he would arrive. Our tech was extremely knowledgeable and had our new unit installed and working in no time. We highly recommend Betros. They saved us time and money. Thanks guys.
I recently hired Betros Plumbing to help with a frustrating water pressure issue at my home, along with a few broken fixtures. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, respectful, and incredibly friendly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, which gave me immediate confidence in their work. As a homeowner, that means everything. I’m truly grateful for their expertise and their heart, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing team they can trust. This is a company that not only fixes the problem, but leaves you feeling taken care of.
My main sewer line had broken due to a storm drain breaking and eroding the ground around it. Betros was the only one that called me back the same day and said they can come out and replace the line. Shawn and Tylor showed up and the job done. What should ha e taken 1 day ended up taking 2 days due to equipment failure that had nothing to do with them. These guys were very professional and detail oriented. They provided great customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. I'll definitely be using Betros for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Shawn and Tylor for doing a good job and getting us back up and running!
I hired Betros to install an under-mount kitchen sink. The first plumber came out and installed the sink. The sink lasted 4 hours. before it came loose and fell into the cabinet. This was a 2-day job. The second plumber came out, glued the brackets up. Came back to install the sink only to have a bracket come off. At this point Betros gave up leaving me with a mess. (After each visit they left me with a mess to clean up. Very sloppy.) So, after 4 days of not being able to use my kitchen, their solution is, here's your money back. We're willing to have someone come out and prop the sink up with wood. My old sink was propped up with wood. That's why I bought a new sink to have it installed right. It took me the next day to find someone to install the sink properly. They did offer $200 on my next job with them. Would any of you go back to someone after they leave you with a mess? I have more self-worth than that.
