Very professional services. Technician showed up on a timely basis and the office contacted us by calling and text that he was on his way. He fixed our problem and even returned the next day to handle another issue. Our technician offered us reliable information and recommendations. I was very impressed. I’ve had work done before with Benjamin Franklin plumbing and I had no complaints. So when I had a drain line compromised due to tree roots I happily accepted their bid that was reasonable and lower than the competition. The job was done quickly with great availability. The only reason for the low rating is due to how the employees handled the job and their work ethic after leaving. The drain line ran through the garage and into my utility room and they did not use the proper steps to protect and of the appliances as there were scuff marks covered on them, additionally the walls and floors were covered with scuff marks from being rubbed on and dirt dragged. The walls had gashes from them rubbing the appliances against the walls. I reached out to them regarding the damages and they offered to come out and fix what had been damaged but as it was all minor inconveniences I did not feel the need to go to that step. Overall work was good but makes me hesitant to trust the company again with such a major event going negatively.
My experience with excellent. I had an unexpected main sewer line issue. I made one phone call and the technician was literally at my doorstep in 15 to 20 minutes. I appreciate the rapid response and the knowledge of the technician. I highly recommend this service for value Price, professionalism and timelines to resolve my issue.

Jesse was great. He was on time and gave me an accurate estimate. He explained the procedure in detail. Very professional. Dominic was the best backhoe/digger operator I have ever seen. He was very precise and the septic tank was installed perfectly along with the reconnection of the sewer lines and connections back the septic tank. His assistant was also great and hard working. I was very happy with the septic tank replacement.
