Fantastic Service – Highly Recommended!We had a serious water drainage issue that led to our basement flooding. In a bit of a panic, we called Dave, and he came out on a Saturday night to help us—something not many would do. After inspecting the problem, he discovered the cause: a baseball that our kid had accidentally thrown into a drainage pipe.Dave went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. 10/10! The best plumber in Kelowna we've worked with. Dave from 911 Plumbing quickly fixed an urgent toilet and leak issue we had at our new house build. After some intermittent toilet drainage issues that lead to overflowing and leaking, we contacted our builder and plumber who were unable to diagnose the problem. A larger interior leak lead us to call 911 Plumbing after reading other positive reviews, who responded right away. Dave came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was fast and efficient and used a camera to confirm the blockage. We were surprised to see a piece of lumber stuck in our pipe. Dave managed to remove the blockage and made sure there were no further plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and respectful, and we will contact him again in future.
We were having a large gathering on Saturday evening, and around 9:30 in the morning noticed that the hot water heater was leaking water. Called these guys and we had Dave onsite by 11am. Replaced the tank, hauled the old one away and in a couple of hours we were back in business. Dave also patiently answered all my questions and gave me some tips to extend the life of the heater. A+
