Our faucet handle had been getting stiff and we noticed mineral deposits building up on our shower head, Tom from Impact Plumbing tested the water right in front of us and it showed 17 grains per gallon even though we had a Costco system. Tom installed their system, flushed the entire house, and the water immediately tested at 0 grains per gallon. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He’s also coming back in a week to test it again. Highly recommend!

Impact Plumbing is great!I went to shower and had no hot water. I called their 24-hour line and they had a technician out to my house by midnight. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us pictures of the rust on the top of the water heater.He got us on the schedule for a new water heater between 8:00 and 10:00 am the next morning. Dave and Jose arrived around 9:00 am and completed the install within two hours.They also replaced a flapper that was leaking in one of our toilets.Travis, Dave and Jose were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing.I will definitely contact Impact Plumbing again when the need arises.
