Today I had Precision Plumbling’s Gilbert install 3 bathroom faucets with new shutoffs. I purchased the Moen faucets through the order desk at Home Depot a week ago they arrived Wednesday I called Precision that day and they came out Thursday. I would highly recommend Precision’s Gilbert to do any work you need. Very experienced knowledgeable plumber did a great job and was done very professionally. Excellent customer service too. I had a major emergency in my home and called Precision Plumbing for help. Toni in the office was amazing and quick to get a technician on the way. Tim was there within an hour and knew exactly what to do. In no time at all, he fixed our problem and even went above and beyond to finish the faucet install I started. He was patient and showed us how to shut off the water in an emergency and suggested some options we could consider for the future. The price was very reasonable for the same day visit too.We will always use Precision now and plan to have Tim back out for a complete inspection of all of our valves and fixtures.I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They truly are life savers!

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and complete the work to ensure I was without water for the least amount of time possible. Additionally, his friendliness, customer service, and overall care was absolutely exceptional. I cannot more highly recommend him or the services of Precision Plumbing. UPDATE- Have had a second issue with a toilet base leak and Tim was dispatched to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to explain what was the source of the leak and did an awesome job of replacing the needed parts within an hour.This is definitely my ‘go-to’ service provider for all things related to plumbing!Precision Plumbing had Sean dispatched to my home within an hour of my call. I had a leaky bathroom faucet which Sean was able to identify a range options for fixing or replacing. Sean looked for replacement parts but found the item was discontinued and warranty parts no longer available. I texted him the dimensions of a replacement faucet I bought to make sure he could install it. Within 24 hours he was back and swapped out two matching bathroom faucets. What makes this company amazing is that they did not stop working with me until I had exactly what I needed. You get Professionalism, Integrity, and a guarantee behind their service.
