From the moment I called Plomberie JJ, I knew I was in good hands. Jordano was courteous and we planned a schedule to complete work in all 3 units of my Triplex. They arrived on time, were professional, and very friendly.The level of expertise was quickly apparent as they planned their day and they provided a clear explanation of their schedule. Their work was completed diligently, and they cleaned up after everything. They changed nearly 20 valves through the 3 units, a sump pump and a faucet.Jordano even went to get me a sump pump from the store which was an unexpected gesture as verifying the sump pump wasn't part of the original service call.What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and how I was kept aware of the work they were doing. I was provided with a detailed invoice that outlined the services rendered and the cost of everything. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the price was very reasonable for the value received.I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services. Their professionalism, skill, and customer service are unmatched. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!
This was a first positive experience with Plomberie JJ.At first I had exchanges with somebody (didn't get his name, sounds like Marco based on other reviews) with whom I exchanged pictures and various questions. I needed valves inside and the garden water valve changed. Jordano arrived, and took care of everything as I expected from a pro, without much surprises.Thanks for the clear communication, clear bill, and even cleaning up the place at the end.---As an update, I've used their services two more times since, and the repair and kitchen installs went as expected. I highly recommend JJ plumbing! The man who takes the appointments was so friendly, explained everything thoroughly and gave many options. Nothing was forced on and he was very patient. Back and forth communication was excellent! He shopped for 2 toilets for me and called me back to tell me the options..everything went smoothly. Very nice experience.The plumber, Jordano did an amazing job as well! What can I say...he is an absolute sweetheart!! Very professional while being amicable. I felt like i was talking to a friend. He is knowledgeable and very competent. I would call him again in a heartbeat. I understand why he got high ratings! Thank you Jordano!!..and thank you to the "dispatcher". Amazing service. I had a leak/pipe break in one of my apartments. Marco was suggested to me by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. He took the time over the phone to try and understand the problem and made sure that plumbers were promptly sent where help was needed! Within a few hours everything was fixed and taken care of. I would not hesitate to refer him more business and will definitely be calling him if I have any other plumbing needs. Punctual, well priced and professional!
What a great experience! I had a plumbing emergency and Marco stayed on the phone with me the whole time, reassuring me that it was fine. He took the time to explain where the issue was coming from and how to go about it. He informed me that the condo had a 24/7 emergency service number we can call for assistance. As soon as I called them, they sent one of their plumbers. Very professional and helpful! Thank you a million times
