Maxim and Richard came by to replace the faucet hole plug and the tub hole plug in the bathroom. They did a great job. They were polite, friendly and cleaned after themselves. They kept me abreast of all the work. I’m satisfied with the quality of work that I received. I have another plumbing job lined up for this company in the summer and hope to get the same employees.
Excellent service, an appointment was provided within 1 week. They provide you with a 1h slot which I am so grateful for as I can plan other activities during the day instead of waiting around. Highly recommend, Vincent was our plumber, clean and fast service, explanations were provided, the service was customized to our needs, they remembered all questions I had on the phone while scheduling the service 1 week prior, his shoes were entirely clean and therefore there was no messy trail afterwards which I highly appreciate, clean bathroom after work was done, all around 5 stars.
Very nice, professional and punctual service.I was expecting a call 30 minutes before the arrival, as it was said on the phone when scheduling the appointment, but it was a surprise to get a knock on my door at 8am without the call.I wasn't expecting the price to be so high but I guess it costs what it costs.I washed dishes throughout the day and the water was hot enough (maybe what was left in the reservoir?!?) but when I went to take a shower at night the hot water was coming out colder. Something was left undone because the more I leave the hot water running, the colder it gets. I'm very frustrated to be left without hot water and having to wait for the following day to get a solution.
UPDATE:Pure Plomberie was decent enough to return the next day and fix the poorly installed faucet by adding the missing backplate. They continued to dance around my inquiries about having adjustable shower flow like my old faucet, and I ended up just giving up on it. In the end, I didn't really get what I wanted, and I can't say I'm entirely satisfied with the whole experience. I won't be using their services again.ORIGINAL:I needed a shower valve replacement and Pure Plomberie came to do the job while I was away at work (wife was at home). When I got home to see the results I was disappointed with how it looked. The shower valve kit they installed was smaller than the previous one, and the back plate doesn't cover the hole on the wall. The gap was filled with a lot of silicon, and it's ugly as hell. Not only that but this is just going to disintegrate and cause water damage in the wall.What was installed seems like the most cheap and basic parts, and there is no volume control as my old valve had. I feel like I got ripped off, especially for how much I paid.Before this, it took a week of back and forth trying to settle on a date for an appointment, as they kept changing the date on me. The initially agreed date was pushed 2 times, and I had to wait an extra 5 days and continue taking cold showers.
