Woke up to a couple of alerts on the thermostat. Contacted Salmon and they had a tech out later that morning. The tech was really professional, taking the time to explain what he was testing and why. Turns out a flame sensor was a little corroded and rather than replacing it he took the time to clean it off saving me some money. Everything is working great, appreciate the speed and cost of the repair!
We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed today. From start to finish, all staff were professional, organized, and tidy. They provided a thorough explanation of the work completed and instructions for operating and maintenance. Highly recommend.
I had Salmon Plumbing move my cold climate Mitsubishi heat pump, which was a full day's work for two techs. They did an excellent job and the final install was very clean and professional looking. Thankfully their service techs also very friendly and didn't seem to mind me bugging them to learn about the various aspects of working with refrigerant lines haha...Great experience overall and I won't hesitate to call them with any other plumbing or HVAC service I need.
We had a small sewage backup caused by sediment/iron blocking our Main Clean Out and Salmon Plumbing & Heating sent Brayden and Alec out within hours to investigate and correct the issue and make sure it can't happen again in future by capping the Main Clean Out as should have been done in the first place by the builder. Brayden took the time to show and explain to us what had happened and why it happened. As the cap was not available the same day two more gentlemen came back less than a week later to complete the work. I've seen the Salmon Plumbing & Heating trucks/vans for years since moving to London back in 1984 and am so glad to have their excellent service to call on!
These guys are amazing! Had a plumbing backlog, a leak here, a new valve waiting to be replaced there, and a technician from Salmon fixed them all in no time! Some fixes turned out pretty advanced, involving a lot of welding and wall opening, but were all dealt with remarkably well! As a bonus I got my leaking AC unit fixed. Best money spent for a service I had probably, turned out costing less than what I thought it would! Many thanks and my go to plumbing service now!
