I've had , on several occasions over the past three years, the experience of buying fixtures at FW WEBB in Manchester NH. It's during approximately a dozen store visits that we have had the pleasure of consulting with Hannah Michaud. I regrettably have not taken the time to write a review, until today. I was prompted to now because I had to return to the store to deal with a defective faucet. Once again, Hannah Michaud made herself available to assist us. Always professional. Affable. Always knowledgeable about product selection that best fits our renovation projects. Hannah is such an asset to FW WEBB. I hope she is treated accordingly.

Great customer service! All staff do their best to get us all of the parts that we need even when they’re not in stock! I’ve wish other webb branches could take a page out of manchesters book because they cannot compete is give them 10 starts but google only allows 5
