They are really mean on client service, i was trying to quote and the lady was really mean, they didn't even let me explain my problem, don't loose your time calling them

Great experience with Faust! It was very easy to schedule, our plumber (John) was on time, and did the job seamlessly! Bryan and John both had wonderful customer service as well. Bryan replied to emails quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Faust and would use them again for future needs.
Yelp recommended Faust Plumbing to me. Bryan contacted me to see what my plumbing issue was. Because the plumbers were busy, and this was not an emergency, he graciously gave me a series of instructions of what to test and check for. As I tried the ideas and switched out the old parts on this 1985 Mansfield, I decided to replace the gasket under the tank. In the meantime, there was a break in the plumbers’ schedule, and a friendly guy named John contacted me. I asked him to wait for this last attempt, and if it didn’t work, he would be installing a new toilet. The replacement gasket worked, and my toilet is no longer wasting water. I appreciate the patience and helpfulness of the people at Faust, as they guided me to DIY, with their expertise. Highly recommend these ethical people.
