Devin unclogged my kitchen sink and made the experience stress free. He was very knowledgable. Even gave me advice on how to keep the pipes clean so I wont have to call them often. He was very helpful and I would recommend him to friends and family.

I called for service to help replace my water tank flush valve and and water supply because it was leaking and I didn't have the tools or the strength to do them myself. The scheduling was fairly quick and I was able to get an appointment in the morning. The service guy came. I shared what I needed help with. What I thought might be a couple hundred $ turned into even more stress because he wouldnt get to the point to give me the quote that I needed and proceeded to tell me all these other things that I may need. Though I appreciate the additional info, I really just need the handyman help. Maybe it was my fault I went to the wrong service. Anyway, I kindly declined the help. Paid $59 for the service call and ended up fixing what I needed myself. Lesson learned. Don't call for help they'll only add more stress! Anyway, today I get a text from, probably some automated text of my "estimates" which showed an estimate of over $30k for services I did not even request. What a waste! From all the great reviews I decided to choose mr. Rooter, but this experience was just not a good one!
GREAT SERVICE!! Devin was AWESOME!! He/we could not figure out what was wrong with our toilet/bathtub drain but Devin did not give up. Finally Devin determined we had an ice blockage and suggested using a portable heater to melt it which saved us $$$. We really appreciated Devin's professionalism and the fact that he cleaned up the bathroom once the work was complete. W e would definitely call Mr. Rooter again if we have a plumbing issue.
Broken and leaking shut off valves in kitchen. No pressure to hot water on faucet. Aidan did a great job explaining everything, and made clear what was being done. He ended up putting three new 1/4 turn stop valves in, replaced some of the copper piping, and installed a new faucet on my kitchen sink. Everything looks great, and works great. He gave us quotes on two other recommendations, but I REALLY REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try a hard sell. I understand prices of things are up, but I felt it was a bit pricy. On the flip side, Aidan was out to my house 30 minutes after I placed the call, the work was finished within a few hours, and everything is working perfectly. I don’t mind paying for fast effective service.
